In 2016, I was hit from behind while playing ice hockey. This caused immediate paralysis throughout my whole body.

With intense physical therapy, I was able to regain movement, but for people like me and many others, the journey is far from over...

Many people with similar experiences want support. This has dramatically changed my life, and I want to help as many people as I can because of it. We are stronger than the voices telling us we can't do it.
